From the past few days I have been reading Shri Bhagwat Geeta, I would like to share some life lessons from Bhagwat Geeta which truly inspire me. I am relating some questions of Arjun to our life.
Arjun:- Why has life become so much complicated?
Shri Krishna:- Stop analyzing life, Analyzing life makes it complicated, just live it.
Arjun:-Why are we constantly unhappy?
Shri Krishna:- Worrying has become your habit, that’s why you are unhappy.
Arjun:- Why can’t I find free time, my life has totally become hectic?
Shri Krishna:- Activity makes you busy , but productivity makes you free.
Arjun:- Why do good people always suffer?
Shri Krishna:- Diamond cannot be polished without friction. Gold cannot be purified without fire. Good people go through trials because with those experiences, their life become better, not bitter.
Arjun:-You mean to say such experience is useful?
Shri Krishna:- Yes, In every term. Experience is a hard teacher, it gives the test first and the lessons later.
Arjun:- Because of so many problem, we don’t know where we are lagging?
Shri Krishna:- If you look outside, you will not know where you are heading but if you look inside, your eyes will provide sight and your heart will provide the ways.
Arjun:- In tough times, how do I stay positive?
Shri Krishna:- Always look at how far you have come, rather than how far you still have to go.
Arjun:- Why does failure hurts us so much?
Shri Krishna:- Success is a measure decided by others, satisfaction is a measure which is decided by you.
Arjun:- What surprises you about people?
Shri Krishna:- When they suffer, they ask “Why me?” When they prosper, they never ask “Why me?”
Arjun:-How can I get the best out of my life?
Shri Krishna:- Face your past without regret; Handle your present with confidence; Prepare for the future without fear.
Arjun:- What do I do when I fail ?
Shri Krishna:- Always count your blessings, not what you are missing.
Arjun:- One last question, sometimes I feel that my prayers are not answered?
Shri Krishna:- There are no unanswered prayers. Keep the faith and drop the fear, life is a mystery to solve, not a problem to resolve.
I hope you can also relate to the answers of Shri Krishna in your life, there were a lots of questions which Arjun asked Shri Krishna, but I selected only a few of them (Sorry for this).I really wish that my first post on Medium motivates you. Always remember “life is a mystery to solve, not a problem to resolve”.
